Terms & Conditions

By Accepting the Terms & Conditions, buyer approves the following:

1. If canceling, buyer will do so at least 48 hrs before the requested delivery date or be charged in full.

2. Buyer agree that delivery delay due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or any similar situation is not a cause for refund or replacement under any circumstances.

3. The physical delivery address and contact details provided by the Buyer should be correct and he/she should not left out any information that will delay the delivery. Buyer confirms that the delivery is not to an APO or a PO Box address.

4. In case the recipient is unavailable at the given address, Buyer agree that the delivering outlet can leave the product at the doorstep / with a neighbor / leave a door tag / leave a voice message or coordinate with the recipient to re-attempt delivery.

5. Sometimes, the delivering outlet may substitute flowers, container or accessories, without notice to Buyer, due to non-availability. This is acceptable to Buyer and he/she will not deny payment to FloraEgypt.com on account of such substitution.

6. The order will be delivered anytime of the day. Buyer agrees that the time of delivery (AM/PM) on the requested delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

7. Buyer agrees that the delivery confirmation will be emailed to him/her within 2 business days after the requested delivery date.

8. Buyer agrees that any complaint pertaining to the order or service will be reported within 7 days from the requested delivery date.
